The article meant no disrespect to Goat Style or Creston. There's just a trend of riders building dirt jumps only to have them torn down by the city officials rather than supported by them.

You can see pieces of the main Gopher Style advanced line here but if you look closely you can see that the park extends FAR beyond this! YAY!
